MuverAI — Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By downloading or using the MuverAI app ("the app") you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the local minimum age) to use the app. If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms on your behalf.

3. Your licence to use the app

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app for its intended purpose, subject to these terms and the app-store terms through which you obtained it.

4. Your content and the outputs you generate

You own the audio outputs you generate with the app. You are responsible for how you use them, and you must hold all necessary rights to any lyrics, text, or other inputs you provide. You represent that your inputs do not infringe anyone's rights and do not violate any law.

5. Acceptable use and objectionable content

You also agree not to reverse-engineer the app, abuse or overload the service, circumvent usage limits, or use the app to build a competing service.

6. User-generated content and Discover

If you publish a song to Discover, you grant other users the right to play your published songs within the app. You can unpublish a song at any time, which stops new plays; copies already cached on a device are outside our control. You are responsible for the content you publish.

7. Credits, purchases and subscriptions

Generating songs and cover art uses credits. The credit cost of each action is shown in the app before you confirm it, and credits are only deducted when a generation succeeds.

• Subscription credits: an active subscription grants a credit allowance for each period, as described in the app when you subscribe (for example, per week for a weekly plan or per month for a yearly plan). Unused subscription credits do not carry over: they lapse when the next period's allowance is granted or when the subscription ends.
• Purchased credits: credits from one-time purchases (such as credit packs or the starter pack) do not expire and remain in your account until you use them.
• When you generate, subscription credits are used first, then purchased credits.
• Credits are a limited licence to use the generation service. They have no cash value, cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged, and are not refundable except where required by law.
• Prices and credit costs may change for future purchases; changes never reduce credits you have already bought.

Payments and refunds. All purchases are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) and are subject to their terms. Refund requests are handled by the store you bought from. If a purchase is refunded or reversed, we may remove the credits it granted.

Subscription renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings; deleting the app does not cancel it. Cancelling stops future renewals; the current period stays active until it ends.

8. Termination

You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time (see Data deletion). We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms. When an account is deleted or terminated, any remaining credits are forfeited and cannot be restored.

9. Disclaimers

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that generated output will be unique, fit for a particular purpose, or free of resemblance to existing works.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law in your country.

11. App Store terms

If you downloaded the app from the Apple App Store: these terms are between you and MuverAI, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content, has no obligation to provide maintenance or support, and is not responsible for any product claims, third-party intellectual property claims, or warranties beyond what applicable law requires. If the app fails to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, which may refund the purchase price of the app. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you. You must also comply with the App Store Terms of Service.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye (Turkey), without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

13. Changes

We may update these terms and will post the revised version here with a new effective date. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.
